These terms govern use of SUNTRONIX ONE provided by Suntronix - Chennai ("SUNTRONIX"). By signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. A signed master agreement or purchase order with SUNTRONIX takes precedence where it differs.
Accounts are issued to business customers, their authorised staff and partners. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at the address below if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or put the service at risk.
Do not attempt to access data of another company, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware or unlawful content, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. Data you upload must be accurate and you must have the right to share it, including your employees' delivery details.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed when you accept a quotation or issue a purchase order and we acknowledge it. Delivery timelines are estimates; risk in goods passes on delivery as recorded on the delivery challan or proof of delivery. Report shortages or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Prices, taxes (GST) and payment terms are as stated on the quotation and invoice. Overdue amounts may be followed up by email or WhatsApp payment reminders. Title to goods passes on full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Devices carry the manufacturer's (OEM) warranty. Support, repair and replacement services are provided as described in your order or service agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, SUNTRONIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
